This module bonds both new and established teams and provides an innovative strategic session to define the ideal values that drive the behaviours of a high performing team.
 
Existing company values or team competencies can be incorporated and used to drive the outcomes, or, if these are not available, this provides a fantastic opportunity to identify and agree what top performance looks like for the team and commit to working together to achieve it.
 
Increase motivation, develop team trust and rapport, improve team communication and collectively embody the behaviours of a top performing team to work effectively together and deliver improved results.

Participants will be able to:

  • Clearly articulate the purpose of the team and what it has to achieve, and why a team rather than an individual approach is required
  • Identify and define ideal team values
  • Recognise how values are a driver for top performance
  • Identify the gap between current performance and ideal performance as a team
  • Identify team strengths and weaknesses
  • Identify barriers to top performance in the team
  • Translate the values into tangible, observable behaviours
  • Agree action to implement new behaviours and become a high performing team

Very different in approach and content. Interactive, a lot of practice. Improved my awareness of how my behaviour must match the expectations of my role in the team – this is the first step of actually improving yourself!
