This module empowers participants to be more assertive and forthright about expressing their wants and needs while still remaining sensitive to the professional drivers of others.

Understand the skills actors apply to take control of their “natural” behaviour and learn how to confidently project calmness and composure to even the most challenging people. Discover how to confront people about unrealistic expectations about your time or outcomes, explain why the answer must be “No”, what the alternative solutions are… and, in even the most confrontational situations… mean it.

  • Create and suggest viable alternatives and compromises
