Capital One wanted to increase how their teams related the values of the business to their individual roles. They wanted a fun and engaging experience that would ensure the learnings were remembered and transformed behaviour within the business.
What we Did
A two-session programme, delivered in one day to teams of no more than 15 people. An energising and motivating programme designed to:
- stretch understanding and awareness of how to control their behaviours, and
- positively influence the way you are perceived by others in line with the values
Each participant was asked to commit to delivering their action plans.
As with all our work, this programme uses techniques drawn from the world of theatre to deliver behaviour change.
78% of participants completed 3 x action plans and reported back the changes benchmarked against the client expectation of 50%.
