This module provides a practical methodology to map your existing network and equips you with the strategies and techniques to comfortably initiate and develop relationships inside and outside your organisation.

Participants will be able to:

  • Define the objectives and purpose of developing a professional network
  • Map existing networks & identify what is working, what is missing and what could be improved
  • Analyse existing professional relationships - define their value and build a strategy to develop them further
  • Develop my personal profile within my existing networks of contacts
  • Actively step out of the networking comfort zone and identify strategies to develop new & beneficial relationships
  • Comfortably initiate relationships with new contacts
