  • Align the company values, culture and beliefs to personal values
  • Connect to the values in a meaningful and beneficial way
  • Identify which company values are difficult to authentically embody at work – and understand why
  • Understand how to bring the values to life in specific work situations
  • Live the values in everyday actions, language and behaviour
